Dark Horse Comics has announced that the acclaimed series by Arvid Nelson, Rex Mundi is getting a major push from Dark Horse Comics, getting a new entry to Dark Horse Presents, in issue #15, as well as two new omnibus volumes.

In a realm where the Catholic Church never lost its grip and magic is just as real as anything else in the world, Rex Mundi tells a tale of a quest for the Holy Grail, in the form of a murder thriller. In 1930′s Paris, a magical scroll vanishes, leaving Dr. Julien Saunière to uncover the trail of secrets, which have incredibly deep ties to the Catholic Church.

The entry into Dark Horse Presents will be a quick pre-cursor to the omnibus volumes, taking place a day before the main story. The first omnibus will contain the first three volumes of Rex Mundi and the complete Brother Matthew story, going on sale on September 5th. Dark Horse Presents #15 will hit stores on August 22nd.
