Konami has released a patch for the Xbox 360 version of the game which is available now from Xbox Live. The patch supposedly has ironed out a lot of kinks that left many players disappointed at the games release.
The fixes include but are not limited to:
o Improved frame rate
o Fixed save game system

The announcement of the patch coincides with Silent Hill: Downpour being available for purchased from Xbox Live Games on Demand starting October 30th for $39.99. We see what you did there Konami, fixing your broken things to make them more appealing when you put out a digital release 7 months later. There is currently a patch being worked on for the PlayStation 3 version of the title and it will be released within the coming weeks.
