It’s rare seeing a game captivate so many gamers with such little information given by the makers of the game. Then again, The Last of Us is being backed by Naughty Dog, creators of the Uncharted series, so of course, they know how to take gamers by the pigtails, and get them to look at any game they throw out to the public. Fortunately, Naughty Dog gave out some more information on the highly anticipated game in an interview with Game Examiner. The biggest reveal was the inclusion of multiplayer, but unfortunately, not much was said about it.
The interview answers a lot of questions about gameplay, character designs and personality, and no co-op in the campaign. I surmise the multiplayer will be similar to that of Uncharted since again, it is Naughty Dog. Expect the inevitable online pass to play the multiplayer, but if you’re like me and rent from Gamefly and you’re are a bit on the fence about the multiplayer then I’m hoping Sony will give gamers a 2-day multiplayer pass.
If you’re wanting to read more on the interview then go, now!
