The Latest Humble Bundle is… THQ?!
Posted on November 29, 2012 AT 11:01am

We all know and love Humble Bundle, the company that has a rather fascinating way to presenting games, films and other media to the world in bundles where you set the price and how the money is distributed. That is pretty damned cool, and we’ve seen a lot of cool gaming bundles since Humble Bundle has popped up. The latest Humble Bundle is a bit of a head scratcher, though, as Humble Bundles are usually for more obscure, indie companies, and the latest is a slew of games from THQ.
The line of reasoning seems to be that THQ is having some rough times right now and are trying to get some good press and get in the good graces of the gaming community again, but it does seem a bit out of place, doesn’t it?
As always, it is pay-what-you-want and the games are available on the Steam platform on PC. The games available are as follows;
- Darksiders
- Metro 2033
- Red Faction Armageddon
- Company of Heroes
- Company of Heroes Opposing Front
- Company of Heroes Tales of Valor
- Saints Row the Third (Pay over the average of $5.18 to unlock it)
$5.18 for Saints Row the Third, which is still selling for $39.99 and up seems like a steal if you have been meaning to pick it up, and you get a bunch of cool games along with it. So go ahead, benefit from THQ’s financial misfortunes.
