The Walking Dead #100 Gets Second Printing

Considering the incredible rate at which the milestone issue of Image’s The Walking Dead sold, especially during San Diego Comic Con, news of a second printing should be no surprise. Now the inevitable announcement has been made official, as Robert Kirkman’s runaway smash comes back around for the second time.

The original 383,612 copies sold out completely (including the twelve variant covers) in a matter of days, and now ranks as the highest initial order for any comic book since Top Cow (a subsidiary of Image Comics) release The Darkness #11 back in 1997. While there was no release date for this second printing announced in the press release, Image has mentioned that the book is available for pre-order through Diamond Comic Distribution, under the code JUN128066.

For those of you not among the original 383,612 to get your copy, now is the time. This second printing will likely move fast, so reserve a copy as soon as possible.
