Ubisoft Unloads a Massive Assassin’s Creed III Patch
Posted on November 26, 2012 AT 06:43pm

Assassin’s Creed III is a fun game that is sometimes a bit frustrating due to a multitude of factors. I’m not sure in any other AC game that I’ve had to replay missions as much as in this game. It made for a frustrating experience that broke up the narrative and I’m not sure that it added to the game. Of course, it didn’t help that most of the game revolved around stealth as opposed to finding creative ways to assassinate your enemies and that the series was built on the latter and did it quite well.
Well, Ubisoft has released a rather massive patch that addresses a lot of those difficulty issues for folks like me who kind of hate stealth and tried to play Metal Gear Solid 2 guns ablazing and kept wondering why nothing was working out that well. Most of the single player fixes revolve around making certain missions easier, and the multiplayer ones just fix a ton of weird bugs.
Check out the full changelog here, although note it is full of spoilers for those who didn’t blaze through this game in two hazy days.
