Wii U Legend Of Zelda title officially in the works
Posted on January 23, 2013 AT 08:44am
During the Nintendo Direct press event today, aside from their announcement that The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker would be coming to the Wii U in HD glory, Nintendo also briefly discussed an all-new Zelda title coming soon for the Wii U.
The new Zelda Wii U game (title pending) according to Nintendo will be rethinking a lot of conventions and returning the game back to its basics. Some of the gaming conventions being rethought include the idea of completing dungeons in a specific sequence or order, along with single player adventure aspect. More information about the Zelda Wii U game can be viewed in the Nintendo Direct video below after the break.
Could this mean Nintendo is thinking of incorporating multiplayer aspects into a Zelda title? I guess we will have to wait a little while longer as Nintendo stated that the game is still in development and will take some time for completion. Would you be interested in playing a Legend Of Zelda game with multiplayer capabilities? What other gaming conventions for Zelda do you think should be re-tooled? Let us know what you think in the comment section below, and keep it locked here on DigitalNoob for more information on the Wii U Zelda title as it develops.
