WikiPad Pre-Orders Now Available At GameStop
Posted on September 7, 2012 AT 08:35pm
The Wikipad, the first tablet computer with an attachable gamepad controller, will now be available for pre-order at GameStop. This powerful computer will be partnering up with several high-profile software developers to bring some terrific titles to the small screen.
Gaikai, Playstation Mobile, Google+, NVIDIA’s Tegra Zone and many more will be teaming up with Wikipad to bring powerful gaming to a handheld device.
With a 10.1″ screen, 1.45 GHz Tegra 3 Processor, 1 GB of DDR2 RAM, 16 GB of storage with microSD expansion capabilities, as well as the attachable gamepad, this tablet could be a major stepping stone in bringing mobile gaming back to the forefront, without the sacrifice of graphics and processing speed. While at a higher price point than many of the competition, the Wikipad should be able to hold its own.
Available October 31st, the WikiPad is now available for pre-order for the price of $499.
