Maybe a game like this does indeed exist, but I cannot recall a strategy game involving the mafia.

Basically every setting has been exhausted. Real time strategy games have gone to ancient Rome, to modern day, and into space. So why not have an RTS in the prohibition era? It’s better than once again setting a gangster tale in the same tired sandbox. So what’s next? A mafia adventure game, maybe?
