Square Enix’s Theatrhythm Gets Pre-Independence Day Release.
Posted on June 18, 2012 AT 06:52am

Right before Independence day- isn’t that patriotic?
Over the years, Square Enix has made an strong impression in the music industry. One of Square Enix’s globally popular franchises Final Fantasy is a shining example. We have heard their music transition from 8-Bit to full orchestral arrangements. It has even embraced Metal, and whatever Dubstep actually is. Now if only gamers had an avenue where they can enjoy the music of their favorite Final Fantasy games without having to switch between several music disks.
They can do just that with Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy. It is exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS with the price point set at 39.99 USD. It becomes available in the North America. on July 3, 2012.
Traveling the world and fighting monsters is very different in Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy. It isn’t set up the traditional way this time. The player is going to need a good sense of rhythm and timing if they want to save the world. We will get to see our beloved FF characters the way we remember them and even in a new super deformed and-dare I say- cute way.
The game will initially ship with a lot of familiar Final Fantasy tunes on disk. Many more will become available through DLC. We shouldn’t have expected less. With a music catalogue of Final Fantasy’s size, they are sure to please everyone!
Better start re-listening to your favorites now to prepare yourself for the whimsical fun that awaits in Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy.
