Comic Relief

DC Comics have announced that the first collections of individual comic runs from their “New 52” reboot-of-sorts will be out in May.

The series will kick off May 2 with a hardcovers edition “Justice League: Volume 1: Origin” ($24.99) and a trade paperback of “Animal Man: Volume 1: The Hunt” ($14.99). They’ll be followed by hardcovers of “Batman: Volume 1: The Court Of Owls” ($24.99) on May 9, and a hardcover of “Green Lantern: Volume 1: Sinestro” ($22.99) on May 16.

There will also, obviously, be collections for the new runs of “Superman,” “Wonder Woman,” and the other “Batman” books at some point, but they have not been announced by DC Comics…yet.
