Universal Home Video have announced that the horror movie Mama will be available on DVD, in a DVD/Blu-ray combo pack, and digitally on May 7.

Besides the movie, the DVD and DVD/BD editions will include a commentary by Director/Co-Writer Andy Muschietti and Producer/Co-Writer Barbara Muschietti, deleted scenes with optional commentary by the Andy and Barbara Muschietti, the original short with optional commentary by Andy and Barbara Muschietti and an introduction by Executive Producer Guillermo Del Toro, and a making-of featurette called “The Birth Of Mama” that chronicles the film’s development from the short to the silver screen.

In addition, the DVD/BD version will also include a look at the movie’s special effects.

The DVD will retail for $29.98 while the DVD/BD combo pack will be $34.98.
