Tor Books has announced that a second “Dead Space” book will be released this February.

The currently untitled novel is being written by B.K. Evenson, who penned the first “Dead Space” book, “Dead Space: Martyr.” No synopsis for the novel was given.

Evanson will also be releasing the novel “Immobility” in April.

Other upcoming books from Tor that may be of interest are “Halo: Primordium,” Greg Bear’s follow-up to “Halo” Cryptum,” which will be out in January; Orson Scott Card’s “Shadows in Flight,” a sequel to Card’s “Shadow of the Giant, which will also be out in January; Ben Bova’s “Power Play,” another January title; and Michael Moorcock’s “The Whispering Swam: Book One of the Sanctuary of the White Friars,” which is slated for an April release.
