SUBSCRIPTION FAQ

I JUST SUBSCRIBED TO EGM, WHEN DO I GET MY FIRST ISSUE?

It normally takes 6-8 weeks for your first print issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly to arrive in your mailbox.  As part of your subscription, however, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that is sent to the address you provided containing additional information including your unique iPASS code.

If you have not received your first issue within 8 weeks or you do not receive your e-mail confirmation please contact customer service by clicking here.

I RECEIVED NOTICE THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ABOUT TO END.  HOW DO I RENEW?

You can extend your subscription at any time.  For more information simply click here to visit our subscription page.

WHAT IS THE iPASS CODE AND WHAT DOES IT DO?

The EGM iPASS is a unique code that lets you upgrade your online experience with Electronic Gaming Monthly.  Among the current benefits are access to the premium edition of EGMi: The Digital Magazine which gives you access to more content, more video, and more downloads.  Future enhancements will enable you to download issues of EGMi to your desktop, get advance access to certain content, and provide additional discounts on certain items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY iPASS CODE?

The EGM iPASS can be acquired in two ways: 1) by subscribing to the print edition of EGM magazine, or 2) by purchasing a copy of the print magazine on newsstands.  When you purchase a print subscription for either 6 print issues and 26 digital issues or 12 print issues and 52 digital issues you will be emailed a confirmation that will include your unique iPASS code.  If you subscribe but do not receive this confirmation message within 24 hours please contact our iPASS Customer Service account by clicking here.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PREMIUM EDITION OF THE LOST ISSUE?

There is no premium edition of The Lost Issue.  It was created as a test issue and provided for free to registered users of EGMNOW.com.

HOW DO I USE THE iPASS CODE?

To activate your iPASS upgrade you must be a registered member of the EGMNOW website.  Registration is easy and, best of all, FREE!  Click here to register now.  After you have your membership established and are logged in you can visit the iPASS UPGRADE page from your User Profile and enter the unique iPASS code that is contained in your print magazine (if you purchased on the newsstand) or the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you when you subscribed.  You may only use the iPASS code that is sent to you after a subscription is purchased one time and associate it with one EGMNOW registration.  Your access to the EGM iPASS will last for the same duration as your subscription term.  If you purchased a copy of print EGM on the newsstand the iPASS code will last for 31 days from the time you enter the code.

I SUBSCRIBED BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY iPASS CODE.  WHAT DO I DO?

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail containing your unique iPASS upgrade code after your credit card was processed please contact customer service by clicking here.

CAN I PURCHASE AN iPASS UPGRADE BY ITSELF WITHOUT THE PRINT VERSION OF EGM?

We don't currently offer a digital-only subscription to the iPASS upgrade.  The only way to obtain an iPASS CODE is by purchasing a print copy of Electronic gaming Monthly magazine on the newsstand or by subscribing or renewing your subscription.

I HAVE MOVED - HOW DO I CHANGE MY MAILING ADDRESS?

You can change the current address your print EGM subscription is mailed to - just click here to visit our customer support center.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BILL.  WHAT DO I DO?

HOW DO I USE THE EGMNOW.com WEBSITE?

To get the benefits of membership you must first register with EGMNOW.  Registration is simple, quick, and best of all, absolutely FREE!  Just click here to begin the process of registering.  Our forms require a few pieces of information and, if you have it, the unique iPASS CODE to upgrade your experience.

HOW DO I GET AN iPASS CODE?

There are two ways you can purchase an iPASS CODE to upgrade your EGMNOW experience.  Codes can be found in the print magazine purchased on newsstands, or within the confirmation e-mail that is sent to you when you purchase a recurring print subscription to Electronic Gaming Monthly.  The iPASS CODE found in the print magazine purchased at newsstands will grant you 31 days of iPASS access while the code delivered when you purchase a print subscription will extend your premium access for the same duration of that subscription.

I REQUESTED A NEW PASSWORD OR TRIED TO CORRESPOND WITH EGMNOW BUT HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING.  WHAT IS GOING ON?

First, check your SPAM/BULK folder and make sure the correspondence didn't end up there.  Also, make sure your SPAM filter will allow e-mail from EGMNOW (it will come from either webmaster@egmnow.net or ipass@egmnow.net).  If this doesn't fix the problem feel free to contact us directly at support@egmnow.net with a short description of your problem, your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and we'll do our best to get your problem addressed as soon as possible.

WHO IS PALM COAST DATA AND WHY AM I GETTING E-MAIL FROM THEM?

Electronic Gaming Monthly uses a professional fulfillment service that is administered by a company called Palm Coast Data.  They help us keep track of all of our subscribers and certain notifications regarding your subscription may originate from them (or an e-mail from @emailcustomerservice.com).  Don't worry.  This isn't SPAM.

If you ever receive an e-mail that appears to be from EGMNOW that requests personal information (especially credit card information) DO NOT RESPOND!  We will NEVER request sensitive information via e-mail.
