THE BUZZ: A new episode of Nintendo TV has been released and is ready for download on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. This episode focuses on Tekken 3D Prime Edition, which was released last month, showing off plenty of footage while talking up the game’s strong points. The show also takes viewers behind the scenes of Shaun the Sheep to meet with the show’s director Seamus Malone as he discusses what it’s take to create the stop-motion phenomenon. Last, but certainly not least, there’s an interview with Nicolas Cage where he’s asked which of his movies would he like to be made as a game. This is the third episode of the increasingly popular 3DS show.

EGM’s TAKE: We can’t quite figure out Nintendo TV, on one hand it’s is a lot like Nintendo Power in that it can be viewed purely as promotional material under the guise of a “sneak peak.” On the other hand, however, the tone is a bit silly and the show’s host seems to revel in the absurdity of it all. We like that. Also, anything that has Nicolas “not the bees” Cage talking about gaming gets a pass in our book.
