Resident Evil fans have managed to spread the virus across the entire of Raccoon City, and as a result have unlocked BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) costumes for Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield in the upcoming Resident Evil HD remake.
Raccoon City: Contagion, a social media game that required players to sign up to help spread the virus across the game’s famous city, was unveiled early last month with the promise of bonus content for Resident Evil‘s remake if fans successful spread the virus over 100 percent of the city. Well that task is now complete, and as a result players will be able to select Jill and Chris’ BSAA costumes to play through the game with.
Resident Evil?s HD remaster features upgraded resolutions and textures, and support for 1080p on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Players also have the option of either playing in the original 4:3 ratio or a new updated 16:9 widescreen mode.
Resident Evil is set to launch in early 2015 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
