Star Wars Battlefront

If you want to pick up the Darth Vader–themed DualShock 4 announced at D23 this weekend, you’ll need to buy up one of the two console bundles featuring the custom-designed controller.

In the comments of the PlayStation Blog’s announcement post (as spotted by DualShockers), Sony’s Sid Shuman confirmed that there there are currently “no plans” to release the customized controller separately.

The collection of four retro Star Wars games packed in with each bundle are a different story, however. Shuman revealed that the titles—Super Star WarsStar Wars: Racer RevengeJedi Starfighter, and Star Wars Bounty Hunter—will all be made available for purchase through the PlayStation Store and will feature full trophy support.

The two bundles featuring the Vader-inspired console and controller and four retro games are a Star Wars Battlefront bundle, which comes with a copy of the game’s Deluxe Edition, and a Walmart-exclusive Disney Infinity 3.0 bundle, which comes with the game, the Disney Infinity base, the Rise Against the Empire Play Set Pack, and the PlayStation timed-exclusive Boba Fett figurine.

Both bundles will be available from Star Wars Battlefront‘s launch date, November 17th.
