The Elder Scrolls Online launches today on PC, and to celebrate Bethesda and Zenimax Online have released a new cinematic trailer.

“Tamriel faces annihilation. Molag Bal has claimed the Imperial City while the alliances, locked in a bitter conflict with one another, struggle to seize the Ruby Throne from the clutches of Oblivion,” Bethesda writes. “In the latest in our cinematic series, travel to the ravaged battlefield of Cyrodiil and join the fight today in The Elder Scrolls Online!”

ESO has been in early access for players who pre-ordered for the last few days, but today, April 4, marks the game’s official launch. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will have to wait until June to get their hands on the game.
