THE BUZZ: Fallout: New Vegas had a number of DLC packs that added a lot of life and hours to the original game. So much so that it’s easy to see why some people simply felt overwhelmed with choice and as a result moved on to something else. Well, look at what Bethesda is pulling out of its hat. Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition comes packed with all the DLC from the original game, which includes Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, and Lonesome Road, plus two new packages called Courier?s Stash and Gun Runners Arsenal. As these names suggest, the additional content will include unique weapons, weapon mods, new ammo types, and recipes. All this for $40 on the PC or $50 on the console of your choice and you’d have to be pretty hard critic to not consider this an amazing deal.

EGM’s TAKE: While game of the year editions are not even potentially original, it’s always a treat when Bethesda gets in on the action. With so much content coming out of that studio, we wouldn’t blink an eye if owners of the original game bought this new edition in droves. If you haven’t played Fallout: New Vegas what could you possibly waiting for? The end of the world?
