The folks at Ubisoft Australia have released footage of the upcoming PlayStation 4 version of the Wii U launch title ZombiU.

Earlier this year, Ubisoft announced that they would be bringing the Wii U game to Microsoft and Sony’s current-gen systems in addition to PC as Zombi, and last night’s Twitch stream was the first chance we got to look at the upcoming re-release in action.

With over an hour of gameplay footage on display, there are plenty of insights into how the port handles the features previously tackled by the second screen on the Wii U GamePad controller, though it’s mostly an unexciting blend of displaying info in the corner of the screen and throwing up menus that don’t pause the in-game action behind them.

Zombi is currently scheduled to arrive as a digital download for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 18th.
