A new, seven-minute long trailer for Splinter Cell: Blacklist provides a thorough look at the title’s single-player campaign, co-op content, and Spies vs. Mercs multiplayer mode.

The entire video is narrated by Charlie Cole, an expert computer hacker and Sam’s tech and gadget support guy in Blacklist. Cole introduces Sam’s adversaries in his latest adventure, a rogue terrorist group known as the Engineers, the other supporting characters (Isaac Briggs, Anna Grimsdottir), and overviews the co-op missions and Spies vs. Mercs multiplayer mode.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist sneaks onto PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U August 20 in North America, August 23 in Europe.
