Jervis Tetch, aka the Mad Hatter, will have an expanded role as a villain in this year’s Batman: Arkham Origins.

Instead of the minor cameo that Hatter got in Arkham City, he will now be the main antagonist in “psychotropic” action sequences, similar to Scarecrow’s appearances in Arkham Asylum, according to the latest issue of Official Xbox Magazine (via AGB).

Arkham Origins takes place on Christmas Eve and follows a plot by Black Mask to have Batman assassinated by some of his deadliest foes. A female version of Copperhead has also been confirmed for the game.
