Publisher 2K Games today unveiled NBA 2K15?s box art featuring 2014 NBA MVP Kevin Durant and revealed that Pharrell Williams would be handling curation of the game?s soundtrack.
?It was a cool experience,? Williams said in a prepared statement. ?I tried to curate songs that were diverse but yet still proved to be motivation to gamers. It was important to me that the music complemented the on-court action of NBA basketball in NBA 2K15.?
Durant was revealed as the game?s cover athlete earlier this year, in May. According to 2K,t hey?ll release a full track listing for NBA 2K15?s Pharrell-picked playlist later this summer.
NBA 2K15 itself launches across PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360 October 7 in North America and October 10 internationally.
