The Darkness

THE BUZZ: If you were wondering where The Darkness came from, 2K Games has just the video for you.

The “What is the Darkness?” trailer introduces Johnny Powell, a new character from part two who explains the origins of The Darkness, and how it intertwines with lead character, Jackie Estacado, helping define who he has become. You also get a good look at the game’s Quad-Wielding feature, where Jackie can use two guns and two Demon Arms at once time. Even if your familiar with the concept of The Darkness, it’s worth checking out the new trailer for another peak at the upcoming game.

EGM’S TAKE: As woefully under-appreciated as the original game was, we’re glad to see promos like this to help indoctrinate the uninitiated.
