THE BUZZ: Recently, placeholder box art for the upcoming Crysis 3 was leaked via EA’s digital distribution service Origin. Today, the company has shown off the official box art for the game for the first time.

EGM’s TAKE: I’ve got to say—I like this cover art better than the art that was leaked before. The previous image was your typical “guy shooting forward” pose we’ve seen many times before. This, however, mixes things up a little.

Also, seeing as how I watched the original Planet of the Apes this weekend, this cover has some extra-special humor to it for me.
