Operation Payback has raised over $150,000 for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive map creators, Valve announced through CS:GO‘s official twitter account.
Valve added the seven top-voted community-created maps to its official servers in April. Access to the seven maps is granted by purchasing a pass—currently priced at $0.99. The profits from the pass purchases are then given back to the map creators through Operation Payback.
The seven maps added through Operation Payback—Downtown, Favela, Library, Motel, Museum, Seaside, and Thunder—will remain in rotation until July 31.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is available on Windows PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
