Trion Worlds has announced that RIFT‘s 2.7 patch, Binding of Blood, will be available on live servers from May 7, adding four new Souls, new quests, and UI updates.

The game’s four new Souls (Oracle, Arbiter, Liberator, and Physician) are available to purchase from the in-game store and allow Warriors and Rogues to heal, Mages to tank, and offer Clerics new avenues of support. There are also new multi-chapter Soul Quests that explore the origins of these four new Souls.

Later in patch 2.7 more Tier 3 raids and a Greenscale Warfront will be added, the Unicorn celebration and Summerfest events will get underway, and the Hellbugs are set to return.
