THE BUZZ: Marketing and PR vice president for Bethesda Game Studios, Pete Hines, tweeted out his expectations for when a patch addressing some technical issues for Skyrim will reach consumers. On his personal Twitter page Hines said, “PS3 & 360 updates have been submitted for certification. PC coming too. Current estimate is they will be live the week after T’giving.”

EGM’s TAKE: Wow Bethesda’s works pretty fast. When word got out that the first patch for the game was being worked on most of us just assumed that meant after the holidays. Looks like Bethesda may have been working on this well before the game hit store shelves. Those guys in Maryland need a nap. No word yet on if this is the patch that will address the low resolution texture issues plaguing some gamers, but one can only hope.
