THQ and Relic have released a new trailer for Company of Heroes 2 offering a brief history lesson, but sadly lacking anything in the way of actual gameplay footage.

Relic says that the sequel will use a vastly improved version of the first game’s engine, which allows for highly detailed destruction in the game’s environments, along with the addition of a new line of sight mechanic known as True Sight.

Company of Heroes 2 takes place on the Russian front, and tasks players with fending off invading Nazi forces, a more detailed explanation can be found in the trailer below.
