Valve’s Source Filmmaker is already being put to amazing use, as this particularly excellent video showcases what you can do with a little editing skill and a bit of free time. For all of you that don’t follow Internet memes, this might require a bit of recapping.

Captain Falcon’s “Falcon Punch”—first introduced in the original Super Smash Bros.—gained a lot of notoriety and popularity for being an extremely overpowered move.

Fast charging, hard to dodge, and dishing out an insane amount of force, the special technique eventually made its way into the 2003 anime series F-Zero: GP Legend, where a climatic scene showed Captain Falcon using the Falcon Punch to defeat the main villain.

Since then, it’s been parodied all over the Internet, with the latest incarnation being an awesome video of the Falcon Punch in action, as used by Team Fortress 2‘s Heavy character. It’s not just good, it’s a thing of beauty.
