Dragon Age: Inquisition‘s next major patch will add the Black Emporium, party storage, item customization options, and more.
The Black Emporium, a mysterious underground shop run by an immortal proprietor, is a place where Inquisitors can find powerful artifacts and tools to aid their cause, purchase epic weapons, powerful accessories, new crafting materials, and schematics. The shop is also home to the Mirror of Transformation, which allows players to change their character’s voice and appearance.
As well as this, the update will add the highly requested party storage feature to the Undercroft and also adds the ability for players to use crafting materials to change the color of their armor.
PC only improvements include an auto-attack key for single player, the option to adjust the size of subtitles, and the addition of a shader quality setting in the graphics options.
BioWare is planning on holding a closed beta test for the update on PC. “This not only allows us to more quickly identify and respond to future issues, but gives our developers a great, new way to work directly with our players,” the developer said. PC players will be able to sign up for the beta via the Dragon Age Keep “in the near future.”
