Wargaming.net has announced that update 8.2 for World of Tanks will add Chinese tanks to the battle.

A Chinese tech tree with modified versions of American, British, French, and Soviet tanks will be added, with the Chinese tanks offering the best traits from all four trees. The update will also include a new lighting and rendering system, five new American tanks, and four new maps.

Update 8.2 is currently slated for a December release. You can check out a trailer for the update below.
