Evolution Studios has released a trio of new DriveClub videos along with a note explaining that the game’s Audio, AI, and Lighting all need to be improved before launch.

DriveClub was originally set to launch alongside the PlayStation 4 next month, but was delayed until 2014 to allow extra time for polishing. In posts accompanying the videos, Evolution notes that many visual features in the game are still being finalized and polished. The team is currently working “to upgrade the lighting and atmospheric optics.”

“You can expect to hear better engine and collision sounds in the game, which we’ll keep showing you more of during development,” the developer adds. Once the updates have been made Evolution plans to release a full race video. No specific date was given, but the developer promises that fans “won’t have to wait much longer.”

You can check out the three videos below.
