While I’m not 100% sure that I know what an “Opening Declaration” is supposed to be, the folks at Team Ninja have released upon the world this new video—which no doubt serves as the introduction to the events of Dead or Alive 5. I suppose it’s the declaration by Helena of the opening of a fifth Dead or Alive tournament.
