BioWare executive producer Mark Darrah and creative director Mike Laidlaw appeared on Twitch’s E3 livestream with a 10 minute gameplay demo for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

The footage shows off the game’s open-world, in which everything you can see can be explored. It also offers a look at the game’s top-down tactical view, which allows players to pause combat and give comrades orders. During the stream, Laidlaw revealed that the game will take around 50 hours to complete, and that it contains more romances than any previous BioWare game.

Later on Twitter, producer Cameron Lee said that the players can create a character from a combination of two genders, four races, three classes, nine specializations, and several voices.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to launch October 7 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
