Minecraft: Xbox 360 developer 4J Studios has announced that update 8 should be arriving shortly and it contains plenty of fixes.

Many players have been dealing with several annoying bugs since the last update, but hopefully update 8 should fix most of these issues.

4J also teased some future content, “Skin Pack 4 is in progress, but a pack of community requested skins sounds like a good idea after that.”
