The folks at Starbreeze Studios are working on an interesting adventure game called Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, and they—along with publisher 505 Games–show off what will make Brothers unique in this new behind-the-scenes video.

Game director (and filmmaker) Josef Fares takes us through a two-and-a-half minute introduction to what players will find in Brothers. The idea is this: you’ll need to control two brothers simultaneously, as the duo tries to find a cure that will save their father. Control of the big brother will happen via the left analog stick, while you’ll guide the little brother with the right stick.

While not a totally original idea in gaming, such ideas are often reserved for games that are more classic puzzle genre and less adventure. So, I’m curious to see how Brothers will turn out, and if the idea can really be fleshed out over the course of the game.
