Deep Silver has released a new developer diary for Saints Row IV which sees the development team discussing the game’s plot.

Saints Row IV offers a few details about how the leader of the Saints manages to become President and how the virtual Steelport allows the team to do whatever the hell they want.

The game is set to release August 20 in North America and August 23 in Europe for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
