Getting high with Sonic
Sega has revealed that a new balloon of Sonic the Hedgehog will be a part of this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
The new balloon was commissioned in honor of Sonics’ 20th anniversary, a honor that’s also being celebrated with the new game, Sonic Generations.
The new balloon actually took flight over this past weekend, when it took a test drive in the parking lot of the Meadowlands in New Jersey. (You can insert your own Snooki joke here.)
Other balloons appearing in this year’s parade include Paul Frank’s sock monkey Julius and the Aflac duck. Insert your own Ben Affleck joke here.
