Bethesda has pushed a new update live for Fallout 4 that fixes an issue with mods that was introduced with the 1.7.19 update.

The update fixes an issue that caused Bethesda.net mods to not appear correctly. PC owners can download the update now and it will be pushed to Xbox One later this week.

The previous update correct an issue in Nuka-World that made it impossible to complete “The Grand Tour” quest if Gage was your active companion when it was started.
