Playground Games laid out its post-launch plans for Forza Horizon 4 during the most recent episode of Inside Xbox.
Kicking things off will be four in-game weeks of seasonal events, with the first beginning on September 28th for early access players and October 2nd for everyone else. These content seasons are split into Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring and each contain five new events, eight new challenges, a new exclusive car, new #FORZATHON shop stock, and two new cars for Car Pass owners. Take a closer look at what’s coming below:
This will be followed by the first major update for the game on October 25th. This update will introduce the Route Creator, a new feature that lets players create and share their own routes for players to race against other players and Drivatars. Also coming in this update is the British Racing Green Horizon Story that sees players getting behind the wheel of some of Britain’s greatest cars to create a 10-episode TV series.
Finally, the October update kicks off an in-game Halloween Party that will add new outfits, clothing, props, and car horns for players to acquire.
Forza Horizon 4 launches October 2nd for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs.
