CD Projekt Red has announced Novigrad, the next expansion for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game.

The upcoming expansion introduces a new faction called The Syndicate, which features over 90 new cards and five new leaders. The expansion also includes 15 new cross-faction cards, which can be used in all decks.

Players will also gain access to a new battle resource called Crowns, which are used to pay units that have the “Fee” ability to have them “perform vile acts against the opponent.” Another new keyword being introduced is “Profit,” which grant players a specific number of Crowns when played.

Other new additions include “Crime” cards, the option to place a Bounty on the opponent, and the “Hoard” keyword, which require players to reach a certain number of Crowns to get the maximum out of the card.

Two preorder packs are currently available for the expansion: the first includes 15 Novigrad Kegs and the Eternal Fire premium card back, while the second bundles 20 Novigrad Kegs with the Spectral Fire premium card back.

Novigrad launches June 28th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
