Halo Infinite will be a launch title for next-gen console


 

Halo: Infinite will launch alongside the next Xbox console in holiday 2020, as well as for current-gen Xbox One consoles, according to Microsoft’s E3 2019 press conference.

The announcement came with a new cinematic trailer that sees a stranded UNMT soldier finding Master Chief unconscious and stranded in space.

Xbox teased Halo Infinite during last year’s E3, but we still haven’t seen any actual gameplay. About the only other thing we do know is that developer 343 Industries has built a new engine, Slipspace, for the game.
